Pre-order products

  • For pre-ordered or reserved products, follow the shipping date indicated on the product page.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details .

  • The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours and there may be delays on weekends or holidays. 


Address Change

  • You must submit address change requests within the first 90 minutes after placing your order .

  • The request will be processed free of charge if it is made within that time.

  • If more than 90 minutes have passed and the shipment has already left, you can refuse the package , but you will be charged for shipping again if you want a new delivery attempt.


Failed deliveries or multiple delivery attempts

  • If the carrier attempts delivery several times without success and the package is returned, the shipping fee will be charged , and if you want a new delivery attempt, a new shipping fee will be charged .


Lost or delivered but not received items

  • If the tracking number shows that the order was delivered , but you did not receive it , you must contact them within 5 business days .

  • After those 5 days, they can no longer handle the problem and you will need to contact the carrier directly.

  • There may be rare delays ; if you do not receive your order within 20 business days , you can write to them with your order number.


Carrier's responsibility

  • They are NOT responsible for losses, theft, or damage caused by the action or inaction of FedEx or other parcel services.
