Pre-order products

For pre-ordered or reserved products, follow the shipping date indicated on the product page.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details .

The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours and there may be delays on weekends or holidays.
Address Change

You must submit address change requests within the first 90 minutes after placing your order .

The request will be processed free of charge if it is made within that time.

If more than 90 minutes have passed and the shipment has already left, you can refuse the package , but you will be charged for shipping again if you want a new delivery attempt.
Failed deliveries or multiple delivery attempts

If the carrier attempts delivery several times without success and the package is returned, the shipping fee will be charged , and if you want a new delivery attempt, a new shipping fee will be charged .
Lost or delivered but not received items

If the tracking number shows that the order was delivered , but you did not receive it , you must contact them within 5 business days .

After those 5 days, they can no longer handle the problem and you will need to contact the carrier directly.

There may be rare delays ; if you do not receive your order within 20 business days , you can write to them with your order number.
Carrier's responsibility

They are NOT responsible for losses, theft, or damage caused by the action or inaction of FedEx or other parcel services.
